Watermark Retirement Communities Announces Leon as SVP, Development

Brettleon 0925TUCSON, AZ — Watermark Retirement Communities has tapped Brett Leon to lead its development platform according to a press release.

Leon brings 22 years of professional real estate development leadership to the position, with nearly 10 years specializing in senior living at Alliance Residential. During his tenure at Alliance, he worked with Watermark as it managed nine of that company’s communities. During his career, Leon has been recognized for pioneering projects in sustainability, multi-use innovation, architectural vision, and luxury design. He was awarded for the Outstanding Multifamily Project of the Year from the U.S. Green Building Council.
